NEWS: 10/30/2017: Home health conditions of participation interpretive guidelines 2018 draft published

NEWS: 7/10/2017: Home Health Conditions of Participation officially delayed until January 13, 2018

NEWS: 6/2/2017: NAHC files Comments with CMS calling for delay of Conditions of Participation

NEWS: 3/30/2017: CMS Issues Proposed Rule that would delay implementation of 2017 Conditions of Participation changes to 2018.

New Resources:

LeadingAge has produced CoP checklists that many agencies will find useful. They include: Personnel Requirements, Patient Rights, Patient Record Policy and Procedure, and Governance-Administration Policy and Procedure, and Emergency Preparedness. Date of publication is January 2018.
