As a new DeVero customer, you will work closely with an Implementation Project Manager to help you plan for the transition and ensure that you have a site that is best configured to meet your unique business needs, allowing you to seamlessly and successfully run your business.
Whether you’re transitioning from paper, another electronic charting system, or any other documentation process, you will be guided through the process. Your dedicated Implementation Project Manager will work with you from day one to understand how your business currently runs, how you are hoping to change and grow, and where your current pain points are to ensure that your customized DeVero system is configured to make your processes more efficient, streamlined, and paper-free.
As part of your implementation, your Implementation Project Manager will connect you with our live training for both your clinical and administrative staff, with the goal of making you a DeVero expert from day one of using your live site.
As you begin to work in your live DeVero site, you will have access to our world-class Customer Service team, based in California, as well as our online training portal, filled with user guides and video tutorials that cover all aspects of our product.
Our Customer Service team is available via both phone and e-mail, the cost of which is included in your monthly subscription. As a DeVero customer, Support is available to provide information and assistance to every member of your team.
